I'd say in the movie it was done in plain sight, left on a beach

I'd say in real life they hidden

As a risk consultant and how my mind thinks I would say someone had a push across the border to load up Trojan horse vehicles to go to the mother city

What one reads is smoke and mirrors.... it's a deceptive move ..... write down everything it is said to be , write it in a list and add to end of list that the master also not know what it's about

then cross out each line item. Cross out every one

then look at risk of weapons crossing the border (under the nose of the incursion , the incursion being the deception or diversion, to get weapons in), and got loaded into Russian trucks registered in or near mother city, with Russian terrorists also with documents from the mother city and  then return unnoticed to the mother city....I talking legally registered trucks from deep inside motherland made their way to border before the incursion then return loaded up with ordnance and went back to mother city or elsewhere looking like they fled the Ukrainian incursion and the drove north or north east into cities of which they are residents , drove undetected

, now no one knows what Trojan horses are ready to strike like the previous traitor who was misled but gave himself up and then tragically died

I'd say more than likely than less likely it's the start of more criminal acts inside deep motherland

i have no direct intel.... it's just my mind and how I think here
